Discreet shipping
Your order is always packed in a discreet box and will not be externally identifiable as a Peachy Vibes order nor will be the contents of the box.
Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 13:00 will be shipped the same day while orders placed after 13:00 will be shipped the next business day. All orders placed after 13:00 on a Friday will be shipped on the following business day.
Standard shipping costs and times
All standard orders are sent with a tracked DPD service and you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Some countries have only DHL Express shipping available–please see the list of these countries lower on the page.

POD (Payment on Delivery)
POD service is available for DPD deliveries to Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. Payment can be made in cash or by card.
Cancelling your order
If you need to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible at support@peachyvibes.com and include your order number. If the order hasn’t been packed yet we can cancel this for you and issue a refund. Once your order has been packed, we are unable to cancel your order and you will have to return it to us via post. Please note, emails are not manned over weekends or public holidays.
