Bye Bra Dress Tape 20 Pieces
The Bye Bra dress tape makes sure that you can wear your backless dress discreetly and confidently. The 20 included tapes are 23 mm by 82 mm making them much wider and longer than the average dress tape. This is a handy feature, because the dress tape should stay all night long, and most dress tapes are too thin for this. The 3M adhesive is of exceptional quality, yet gentle on both skin and garments. The protective layers between them ensure that the tapes do not stick together before usage.
Pro tip: There are 20 strips in a pack, however as they are 82 mm long you can cut them in half if needed making it a total of 40 strips. Always apply on clean and dry skin with no oils, creams, lotions or any other cosmetics. Before you apply the strips, ensure that the skin is dry and clean of any creams, moisturisers, etc.

Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 13:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 may be shipped the next business day.
Cancelling your order
We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order please email us at support@peachyvibes.com as soon as possible and include your order number. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations and address edits are not guaranteed. If the order hasn’t been packed yet we can cancel it for you and issue a refund. Once your order has been packed, we are unable to cancel your order and you will have to return it to us. Please note, emails are not manned over weekends or public holidays.
Discreet shipping
We respect your privacy. We always use discreet, plain packaging with no reference to PeachyVibes.com. Your parcel will have no reference to its actual contents (we use home decor/skincare or cosmetics to describe the contents when required by the carrier). All of our packages are either plain brown boxes, opaque padded envelopes (for smaller items) or standard issued packaging from the respective carrier. The return address will appear as Apricot and Co SRL, Apricot Shipping or Apricot Logistics (as shown on the sample labels):

Held up shipment
If your shipment is held up with the carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific information on where to deliver your order. In some cases the carrier will need a confirmation of your address.
Lost or stolen shipments
If your order has not arrived in the given timeframe or the tracking information has not updated, contact support@peachyvibes.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. Carrier may take 5-10 business days to investigate a missing package.

Returns
We offer free, 30-day returns for all orders with no questions asked. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns:
- if the security seal or packaging has been broken;
- if the product has been taken out of the packaging or used;
- on condoms, dams, lubricants, gels, creams, oils, toy cleaners, lingerie.
If you wish to create a return, please contact us at support@peachyvibes.com and we will issue a free return label for you.
Once we have received your return, you will be issued a refund, minus any shipping charges. Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed.
Please note that we do not accept unsolicited returns or returns made with POD (Payment on Delivery). Such deliveries will be refused and returned to the sender.
Faulty products
Sometimes a toy can be faulty and not work as expected due to manufacturing defects. While this can be disappointing we will help you get a new, working toy as a replacement.
If the toy is not functioning correctly upon delivery, please email us at support@peachyvibes.com with your name, order number and a short description of the issue within 30 days of purchase and we will get back to you.
If the toy stops working after the 30 days through no fault of your own, you may be eligible for a replacement or repair covered by the manufacturer of the product. To exercise your warranty rights, please get in contact with the manufacturer directly. Warranty information is available on the product page or on the packaging of the product. If you need help with getting in touch with the manufacturer, you can contact us at support@peachyvibes.com and we will happily help you.
Satisfyer offers 15 year warranty on their products. If your toy is malfunctioning or stops working within this time, you can reach out to Satisfyer directly and request to claim your warranty. Their e-mail is service@satisfyer.com. Let them know Peachy Vibes instructed you to contact them to speed up the warranty claim process.
