Discreet delivery
Is the packaging discreet?
All our orders are shipped in discreet, plain cardboard boxes with no logos or markings. The sender information is kept anonymous, so there is nothing on the outside of the package that reveals it is from us.
Where do you ship orders from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Romania, Europe.
What is the delivery time?
If you place your order before 1:00 PM on a weekday, we usually ship it the same day.
Delivery times vary depending on your country, your location within that country, and the shipping method you select. For detailed information, please refer to our Shipping Policy [here].
Please note that during peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link in your delivery confirmation email. This link allows you to easily follow the progress of your package.
If no tracking information appears right away, it usually means the carrier has not yet scanned the package. In that case, please check again a bit later.

What if I miss the pickup deadline for my package?
If your order is not picked up on time, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return handling.
This also applies if the delivery fails due to incorrect contact information, refusal to accept the package, or absence at the time of a scheduled home delivery.

Please note that the full return and refund process may take up to four weeks, depending on how the package is returned, the shipping method used, and your original payment method.
I just placed an order. Can I still change my address or delivery info?
Please make sure to enter the correct contact details, address, and delivery method when placing your order, as our ability to make changes afterward is very limited.
Some carriers allow you to make limited changes yourself using the link provided in your delivery notification. However, you cannot switch the delivery method (for example, from home delivery to a pickup point or vice versa).

We will do our best to update the information with the carrier, but please note that changes are not always possible once the order is being processed.
Returns & Refunds
Do you allow product returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is in brand new, unopened, and unused condition.

Do you offer free returns?
We offer free returns for orders shipped to Bulgaria, Hungary, and Romania.
You haven't sent my order yet, can I cancel?
Because we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, we begin preparing it for packing as soon as your payment is confirmed. However, if you contact us promptly, we will do our best to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you still have a 30-day right to return your order, provided it meets our return terms and conditions. You can find the full return policy [here].
An item is missing from my order. What should I do?
If an item is missing from your package or you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@peachyvibes.com as soon as you notice the issue. We will make sure to resolve it as quickly as possible.
What should I do if my product arrived damaged?
If you have followed the instructions in the user manual and the product still does not work, please contact us at support@peachyvibes.com.
For the fastest resolution, include your order number, clearly state which product you are referring to, and describe the issue in detail. Please also attach a photo or video that clearly shows the problem.
We will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions.
Important: Do not return the product before receiving a response from us. Products returned without prior approval may be discarded and will not be refunded. Additionally, if you dispose of a faulty product before we have completed the claims process, we will not be able to issue a refund or credit.
How will I receive my refund?
When you return a product, it is first delivered to our warehouse for inspection. Once the item has been approved, our customer service team will process the return.

Toys
Do your products come with a hygiene seal?
At Peachy Vibes, all products are shipped with a hygiene seal. Once this seal is broken or damaged, the product becomes non-returnable.
Hygiene is our top priority. The seal guarantees that your item is new, unused, and unopened, giving you peace of mind that your product has come directly from our warehouse to your home without any prior handling.
Please note that not all manufacturers include a hygiene seal by default, so in those cases, we apply our own seal before shipping to ensure every product meets our standards.
If your item arrives with damaged packaging or a broken seal, this may have occurred during transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for products with broken hygiene seals or packaging damage.
Your safety, trust, and satisfaction mean everything to us. That’s why we only sell brand-new products in their original packaging with a seal for your protection.
What does it mean when a product is labeled body-safe?
Body-safe refers to a product’s safety for use on or inside the body, particularly around sensitive areas. This is determined by two key factors:

If your toy is not turning on, here are a few things to check:

- Ensure your toy is fully charged before use, as some toys may not power on with low battery.
