We offer free, 30-day returns for all orders with no questions asked. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns:
- if the security seal or packaging has been broken;
- if the product has been taken out of the packaging or used;
- on condoms, dams, lubricants, gels, creams, oils, toy cleaners, lingerie.
If you wish to create a return, please contact us at email@example.com and we will issue a free return label for you.
Once we have received your return, you will be issued a refund, minus any shipping charges. Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed.
Please note that we do not accept unsolicited returns or returns made with POD (Payment on Delivery). Such deliveries will be refused and returned to the sender.
Sometimes a toy can be faulty and not work as expected due to manufacturing defects. While this can be disappointing we will help you get a new, working toy as a replacement.
If the toy is not functioning correctly upon delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and a short description of the issue within 30 days of purchase and we will get back to you.
If the toy stops working after the 30 days through no fault of your own, you may be eligible for a replacement or repair covered by the manufacturer of the product. To exercise your warranty rights, please get in contact with the manufacturer directly. Warranty information is available on the product page or on the packaging of the product. Satisfyer offers 15 year warranty on their products. If your toy is malfunctioning or stops working within this time, you can reach out to Satisfyer directly and request to claim your warranty.
