Cancelling your order

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations and address edits are not guaranteed. If the order hasn’t been packed yet we can cancel it for you and issue a refund. Once your order has been packed, we are unable to cancel your order and you will have to return it to us. Please note, emails are not manned over weekends or public holidays.
Discreet shipping

Your parcel will have no reference to its actual contents (we use home decor/skincare or cosmetics to describe the contents when required by the carrier). Held up shipment
If your shipment is held up with the carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific information on where to deliver your order. In some cases the carrier will need a confirmation of your address.
Lost or stolen shipments
If your order has not arrived in the given timeframe or the tracking information has not updated, contact support@peachyvibes.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. Carrier may take 5-10 business days to investigate a missing package.
